Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my flame so high?
Wicks must be trimmed to 1/4" before each burn. If you find that your flame is flickering too much, extinguish flame, trim wick and relight!
Why can't I smell my candle?
If you find that you can't smell your candle try moving the candle to a smaller room. certain sized candles are made for a certain area for an example a smaller candle will smell really faint in a large room but it will light up a smaller area such as a small room or bathroom.
Why is my candle tunneling?
Believe it or not candles have memories. Always allow candle wax to reach the outside of jar on the first burn to avoid tunneling?
Can I fix my tunneling candle?
Yes There are several ways to fix a tunneling candle
1) wrapping a piece of aluminum foil around the edge and simply let it burn. After a couple of hours the candle should have an even melt pool and burn the proper way.
2) Blasting the top with a heat gun or high setting on a blow dryer will even out the wax and fix the tunneling (Be mindful of splatters with this method)
How long will my candle last?
It depends on how you are burning your candle! Testing is done in 4 hour intervals (you shouldn't burn a candle for more than 4 hours) burn time is listed in the candle description!
